Certified ESG and SFDR Expert

This intensive program provides participants with a solid understanding of ESG principles (Environmental, Social, Governance) and the applicable regulatory framework – with a focus on Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (SFDR) and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
The course integrates both theoretical foundations and numerous practical case studies, equipping participants with the necessary competencies to assess, implement, and report ESG requirements in a professional and regulatory-compliant manner.

Module 2: ESG Governance and Sustainability Strategy
2.1 ESG strategy vs. Sustainability strategy: connections and distinctions
2.2 ESG governance models and key performance indicators: best practices
2.3 Integrating sustainability factors into ESG evaluations: product governance
2.4 The impact of sustainability on the MiFID II suitability test
2.5 Adverse impact management

Module 3: ESG Reporting Framework and Integration into Financial Analysis
3.1 Aligning SFDR with MiFID II, CRR 2/3, Solvency II

Total duration: 60 hours
Format: Full online access between October16 – December 12, 2025, allowing self-paced study 24/7, including weekends.
